This was my fourth vehicle purchased from this dealership, and once again, I had an excellent experience. There is a reason I have continued to come back, and the people I worked with on this purchase are a big part of that.
My salesman Marlon Maurasse was extremely patient and took the time to explain everything to me, answer all of my questions, and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I found the right vehicle for me.
I also want to recognize the finance manager Carlos, who helped me through the financing process. He took his time explaining everything, answered my questions, and made sure I understood all of the paperwork before signing. He was patient, professional, and made what can sometimes be a stressful part of buying a vehicle very easy.
I also want to thank Andrew, who went over the vehicle with me before I left. He was incredibly thorough and patient, taking the time to explain the features and make sure I knew how everything worked. I really appreciated that he didn't just hand me the keys and send me on my way.
