Despite the General manager's response to my review, where he stated he "wanted to personally speak to be about the situation", I called him twice to talk about my experience and I emailed him directly. Unfortunately there was NOI response form him at all. Therefore, he can say he is very disturbed by my review, but he obviously isn't that disturbed because he did NOTHING to contact me or address my concerns.
