Everyone Go to Doug! After my car was t-boned and subsequently totaled by my insurance company (IC), we needed a new car but had to wait for the IC to cut the check. My wife and I met with Doug and he could not have been easier to work with. We explained our situation and he totally understood it. We were able to negotiate the deal and do the paperwork while we waited for the IC. The deal was awesome. Once we settled on what we wanted, Doug came in right at the KBB price.
