Not only was Chris so great & accommodating but every employee I came into contact with at the dealership with very nice. Never Again Was given a quote and I accepted the quote. Was told to come back for the car while they finish the paperwork. The error was on their end and they refused give me the price that I had already signed for before leaving: Not a happy customer. More

Financing with Honda was also easy and fair with Mike DeSantis and I was able to get the further protection on the vehicle that was sensible. I also appreciated getting to know my way around the car with the help of Suzette Panagulis. The new technology and how to use it was essential knowledge, and now seems less daunting. This dealership doesn't push you to buy/lease anything that you do not want to and will try their best to work with numbers (after all it is up to your credit score and the down payment to adjust numbers to your means). I went in there on a Thursday and received the credit approval and financing options in a few days-I picked up my car that Saturday afternoon. So pleased with everyone I worked with.
