First time car owner, amazing experience We went to look at a certain used car and took it for a test drive. It ended up not being a good fit for our needs but Manny took the time to get to We went to look at a certain used car and took it for a test drive. It ended up not being a good fit for our needs but Manny took the time to get to know what we were looking for and recommended another car that we fell in love with. It was a little out of price range but he figured out a way to make it work for me. Manny is an exceptional sales person because he looks for a way to connect person to person to make good matches. I ended up going home with a beautiful certified car that had all the features I was looking for with a good price tag, the same night because he made sure I felt comfortable and was getting what I wanted. He really expressed wanting to make it work for me and keeping me happy. The Morehead family as a whole are very friendly and easygoing. Manny and Richard, all the other guys were patient to answer any and ALL my quirky questions I had and were very hospitable while we were waiting for the papers to be drawn up. Suzette walked me through setting up the cars Bluetooth and radio like a top notch expert and she too answered everything. Our finance rep was also really good with keeping the mood light when I was really nervous about signing my life away! I wanted something checked the next day (crazy person yes) so I went back and the service team, Manny, and even one of the owners were all attentive to help. Now I'm a car owner with NO questions left unanswered, I give two thumbs up to Manny and Morehead Honda ! More
