Expedited car buying experience...Outstanding car dealership I recently bought a used 2014 Honda CRV from Morehead Auto in Newburgh and had a great Salesperson (Manny) who quickly negotiated a fair price quote o I recently bought a used 2014 Honda CRV from Morehead Auto in Newburgh and had a great Salesperson (Manny) who quickly negotiated a fair price quote on vehicle. I spent about 10 mins filling out car loan application and gave him the number to my Insurance Co. He did it all and I picked up vehicle 2 days later. He said he could have it ready next day.!! Upon picking up vehicle we spent a good half an hour with an employee who showed us all the electronics and took time to sync our phones to the blue tooth. I was very happy to see all weather mats in vehicle and the cleanliness of the used car looked like it was brand new. I highly recommend doing business at Morehead Honda. This is about my 5th Honda. You wont be disappointed. A real plus is FREE LIFETIME oil changes. More

While they have always served us fairly well, I was glad I happened into the Morehead dealership in Newburgh last evening. My experience began with an online chat session with Samantha who was very accommodating. Had that not gone well, I would never have wasted my precious time traveling across the river to have our 2011 Pilot trade-in appraised. We had all but completed a deal with Friendly and were really only shopping for a price comparison. When we arrived, we were introduced to Chris Holstein. I presented Chris with an offer that I had carefully prepared through my own research. Chris spoke to the sales manager and quickly accepted our offer for a new 2017 CRV. My wife and I had agreed that if we could get that deal we'd sign. However, once she saw the new Accord, she had a change of heart and we ended up buying a new Accord later the same evening. That's another story. Chris was very patient and kind to us, and the whole experience was pleasant and one that I would repeat. The contributing factors to the sale were Chris' straight forward and honest approach, the price, of course, and the atmosphere of the dealership. We also like the idea of free oil changes, but respect for our time, quality service, honesty, and courtesy are most important to us. I cannot comment on the service portion of this questionnaire because we haven't had any experience with the service department yet, but I pray that the service on our new purchase goes as smoothly as our experience with the Morehead Honda New Car Sales team. We're looking forward to doing more business with you in the future. More
