We were impressed by his knowledge of the vehicles, but more so by his ability to listen and make the appropriate recommendation for the vehicle that would meet our needs. He is kind, considerate, honest and made us feel comfortable. The dealership itself is organized, clean, and filled with friendly staff. Truly, it was a pleasure dealing with all staff, including Dan, the Financial Specialist, a true professional, and Suzette, the Delivery Coordinator, who was friendly and knowledgeable about our vehicle, a Pilot EXL. What a blessing to have found an honest dealership, who employs staff who are kind and have integrity. We recommend this Morehead Honda fully without reservation!!! More

Amazing service and excellent sales staff!!! As far as customer service goes, Manny goes above and beyond to help you feel like you are buying a car from a family member. I have bought at least 15 cars from multiple dealerships all over the Hudson Valley and Manny is top notch! In a league of his own. The dealership is always very clean and professionally managed. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly and helpful! Not only would I recommend this place to my friends and family, but I have and will proceed to personally escort them here to buy their next vehicle. Overall going to Morehead Honda is always a 10 star experience!!! More

2 hour oil change This is my 2nd consecutive visit where a simple task has turned into a waste of my day. Last time it took an hour and 35 minutes to get an oil ch This is my 2nd consecutive visit where a simple task has turned into a waste of my day. Last time it took an hour and 35 minutes to get an oil change, they told me they were busy and so I let it be. This time again I had an appointment, I showed up 10 minutes early for it. It took almost 10 minutes before I could see anyone to get the paper work set up for my service. In total it took an hour and 54 minutes to get a 20 minute job done, a simple oil change. They apologized it took so long when I said it had been 2 hours, and he looked shocked it had been that long. I don't understand why they let you make an appointment and then make you wait as if you never had one. I could see my car sitting outside an hour and a half after I showed up! It is sad to see as this was such a great dealership when I bought my car in 2005, up until recently. Service had been so good to deal with. Over the past few years it just is so inefficient and I will no longer recommend them to friends and will be looking for a new dealer. If you plan on coming here, bring a good book, it will be a while. More

Answered all our questions and best of all did not try to push us to buy something other than what we went there for. He respected the fact that we knew what we wanted and did not try to change our minds like other dealerships we visited that were trying to get us to upgrade to this, that, and the other. Suzette was fantastic, my almost 3 year old, loved her. She was very Friendly and respectful and knowledgeable about the car. She took time to go over everything and answer all the questions we had, she even got her charger to show us one of the car features. Mr. William Gillespie was also very nice, and pleasant. He saw us waiting and offer us some snacks while we waited. Overall it was a great experience and we are very happy with the experience we had. More

Not happy with our experience! My husband and I went to MoreHead Honda to look at a 2017 Honda Pilot on April 15, 2017 at around 11 am. I had already done all of the research on thi My husband and I went to MoreHead Honda to look at a 2017 Honda Pilot on April 15, 2017 at around 11 am. I had already done all of the research on this vehicle. The sales agent Chris, had come up to us. We took the Pilot Elite for a test drive and I basically sold the car to my husband. We arrived back at the dealership and started the process for purchasing this car. We had a trade-in plus we put a significant amount of money down. This whole process took OVER SEVEN HOURS!!! No way should anyone have to be in a dealership for anywhere close to that!! The finance manager stopped in to introduce himself at 3:30 pm We were told he would be with us shortly regarding our interest rate. We did NOT find out what that interest rate was until we made it back to his office at 5:50 or so. The financial manager told us that he had come out at 4:30 to tell Chris what our interest rate would be. This information was never relayed to us. When all was said and done, we had not left the dealership until around 6:30-6:45. The entire time we were sitting there waiting and waiting, all Chris kept saying is "if you are unhappy with our service, please just ignore the survey as it only hurts me and the others here." We've been in phone contact a few times as I discussed with him possibly throwing in the all weather car mats. When someone buys a car for over $40k, spends an ENTIRE DAY the day at the dealership purchasing said car, and leaving the dealership with less than half a tank of gas (which they advertise a full gas tank prior to leaving), then the least they can do is throw in the car mats. This is not the case, he was willing to give me 10% off the mats which just barely covers the tax on them. He made A LOT MORE in commission from this sale, than the mats would even cost them! During each call, I was told the same thing about ignoring the survey. The last conversation we had, I asked when I might be receiving the survey because I had planned on conpleteing it and he told me that the surveys are at random and I most likely won't be receiving one. How convenient! Oh and my sister has a CRV EX and they gave her the mats without her even requesting them. More
