I made an appointment online to see a car, and because they did not see it, they did not honor it. They didn't even have the car there, they moved it to show someone else. Dealership should only have cars for sale on their lot with clean titles. I just put a deposit on Jeep Grand Cherokee and was told the title was in mail. They cashed my check and almost 4 weeks later an with clean titles. I just put a deposit on Jeep Grand Cherokee and was told the title was in mail. I found out after that they have been waiting for the title since February so why would they put it on the lot for sale when they couldn’t sell it? Needless to say I asked for my deposit back and walked away very disappointed ☹️. More

I am giving the dealership a 3 right now but the rating could go up or down depending on how everything turns out. My 2022 grand cherokee was misfiring when I accelerated at high speed on the freeway. So I could go up or down depending on how everything turns out. I told them as long as you have the car to do an oil change & lube also. Called at 4:30, was put on hold for 10 minutes, so I hung up & called again. They said oil change was done but they hadn't looked into the misfiring problem yet! Said that since they were open until 6pm, they might still get it done today and that they will give me a call. 6pm came & went with no call. I guess I will see what happens tomorrow... More
