This is my third new vehicle in 2 years and every facet of the buying experience has been outstanding. These folks simply do not disappoint. Michael has been a true "point man" in every purchase and he truly belongs in a Bentley dealership. Gray in F&I is a good person who I truly trust in the financing process and is one of those rare folks who takes great pride in working the best deal with a local lender so everyone feels good and wins. He says I need it, I buy it. Jeff & Brad, a father and son team in service are fantastic and treat you a level of respect not common and they insure you never buy anything you do not need. Thats an oxymoron for a service department! I could go on and on about this place but they are that good and the key to maximizing your experience is to negotiate a deal from a level of respect and trust the process. I have never once felt I was being misled and at any time :-) More

Very pleased overall with our new Ford Fusion. We had purchased many Fords in the past and had gotten away from Ford. We were so glad to come back. My experience at Mooresville Ford was great. I was assisted by two very helpful sales representatives who were able to get my college age daughter into the right car for her needs and her budget. They assured me that the car we were buying was reliable and that Mooresville Ford put each and every car through an 18 point check list before they qualified to be sold. The car we bought did have a problem that we discovered a few days after the purchase. Mooresville Ford sent my daughter to a dealership in her college town and promplty repaired the problem. They stood by their product and took care of my daughter. We have two Fords now and will be in the market for 3 cars in the next 5 years(one of our Fords has 297,000 miles on it) I will be buying my cars from Mooresville Ford. More
Ford Offers Service Rebates but I failed to see one yet..Seriously thinking of new dealership all together..They tell you what it cost to service your vehicle then they add more to the bill.. they neve yet..Seriously thinking of new dealership all together..They tell you what it cost to service your vehicle then they add more to the bill.. they never give you an exact price.. They charge you for parts, but they never put them on.. they fix your old part and charge you for a new one..found this out just recently.. On a car I bought from them in 96.. More

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! They will try to rip you off and LIE LIE LIE to you! They are very rude and not friendly at all. Bought my 2000 Mustang with 12,000 miles and still under warranty. Since the time I bought it I have had problems with the clutch (throw out bearings). Took the car back to the dealership more than seven ti warranty. Since the time I bought it I have had problems with the clutch (throw out bearings). Took the car back to the dealership more than seven times still under warranty and three years and nearly 70,000 miles later they still have not fixed the problem. Now they want me to pay to have it fixed when it should have been fixed under warranty!! More
