As my service appointment was not until Monday, it was Saturday, Amanda offered to squeeze me in as it would be easier for me not returning. I watched Amanda by herself, with a dozen individuals seeking to get service and oil changes, and she did a stellar job handling this flow. I would hope that the dealer principal recognizes her for managing a complex set of processes by herself. I'm a Managing Member of an insurance and estate planning operation, it is not often you see someone who can multitask with such organization and efficiency.
