Terrible experience unless you talk to finance manager. Avoid this place when buying a car as they WILL take advantage of you at the first chance they get. First I decided to start looking for a car by going through the online process and that was great, once I found one I liked I made an appointment and the sales guy I had, Ronnie, was great. Then the finance happened. I had a guy named Dillon or Dylan (who knows) but, if you have this guy as your finance rep just leave or come back another day. He will maliciously fold papers and leave out information and pretty much lie to your face to get you to sign papers (one lie was telling me interest started when my first payment is made when in reality it started that day). He also claimed he looked really hard for better rates which I'm positive was a lie seeing as my credit was run ONCE to ONE bank. He also got me a beyond terrible rate for my credit which I am refinancing 3 days later because it was that bad. Also to mention I had waited an entire hour to even talk to him after sales to which I told him that I had to leave within 20 minutes. After this if I mentioned that I didn't want something that he was trying to scam me with he would go off on a 7-10 minute tangent where he would pull the papers back and wouldn't let me sign or read what he was talking about. He legitimately treats you like you barely understand anything. Just to get out of the building I signed up for 2 things knowing I would cancel within a week because I didn't have time for Dillon's garbage anymore. At this point when I called to ask about cancelling the lady that answers the initial phone call treats you like its a great problem that you called for any reason. She then will make some random excuse as to why she can't transfer you to the party you need to talk to. The only positive interaction I had was when I asked for the finance manager and she helped me cancel the garbage that Dillon signed me up for as well as being extremely prompt and helpful. That all being said, thank you to Allison and Ronnie as you two were the only people that made this anything better than a -2 star review as every other bit of the experience was terrible. More
