You walk right in and the team helps you immediately and they do their best to get you in and out as fast as possible. I have worked with Amanda Knoell several times and she does a great job taking care of me, very friendly and knowledgeable. I have similar experiences with other employees as well. And not to mention I have found their pricing very reasonable and they don't try to up-sell you into a bunch of service checks you don't need but cost a fortune...that is huge value as I have walked away from other places because of that. excellent experience Buying a new vehicle is far from my favorite thing to do, due to previous experiences when purchasing a car. Not my first rodeo as we are in our mid-6 Buying a new vehicle is far from my favorite thing to do, due to previous experiences when purchasing a car. Not my first rodeo as we are in our mid-60's. That being said, I had been searching for several months and had visited multiple dealerships exploring many options including a number of other brands. I had stopped by Moorseville Ford 3 to 4 times over the months and was always greeted by "the guys on the golf cart' (Scott and Ray). No haggle no hassle, just friendly professionals that never once pushed or made me feel pressured. Thank you Scott and Ray. Ray Woody was exceptional. A true pro and seasoned in the business of "treating customers" the way they should be treated. He was very thorough with explaining all the various features and new technology in these new cars. WOW. There is a boat load to know. Cool stuff. We'll be back and certainly recommend others to Ray and Scott. Allyson was terrific and very thorough as well. Thanks again. More

One of the most pleasant experiences in buying a new vehicle Hello, I am 71 years old. In my life (obviously) I purchased many vehicles. Hence, my experience with Mooresville Ford team is being compared to pleth Hello, I am 71 years old. In my life (obviously) I purchased many vehicles. Hence, my experience with Mooresville Ford team is being compared to plethora of previous such experiences. In summary: The Mooresville team, the folks that I met and worked with during my purchase process, were exceptional! Starting with Shannon, who was my initial contact via the online portal and phone, to Ron Scott the salesperson that I worked with at the office, and the Business Manager Allyson Odendahl, to the other folks I met in the office and the service center (I apologize for not having their names) they all were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We all know that, generally, dealerships have an unpredictable reputation. Folks feel (based on my experience) that going to an automotive dealer to purchase a vehicle is similar in stress as visiting the dentist office. Hence, it is very pleasant to be surprised by a warm, relaxed, no tricks atmosphere and environment that the folks at Mooresville Ford have created. Let's be realistic. Vehicle dealership is a for profit organization - it is not a charity. They have their business needs to fulfill and economic targets to reach. Hence, I expect a fair deal that is amicable to all. But most importantly, there is the human element. Some dealerships create an adversarial and contentious environment, as soon as the customer steps in... where the customer feels as "the mark" at a traveling carnival kiosks. Then the whole experience of purchasing a vehicle goes down the hill from there. So, it is extremely pleasant to meet a team that is there to help the customer, to advise the customer, and to assure that the customer feels relaxed and not pressured. Hence, I personally value the human side of the dealership. I don't expect to get the vehicle for free... I do expect to feel relaxed, respected, to retain my dignity and to leave with a conviction that I may rely on the folks at the dealership in the future. With positive expectations, as to their willingness to help after I purchased the vehicle. In closing, my recognition goes to both Shannon and Ron for outstanding service they provided to me, the customer. Kudos to the management for creating a team with the customer focus in mind.
