Let's face it. Buying a new car is very exciting. I was a bit nervous at first but when I was working with Dan, he helped me get exactly what I wanted. I had a horrible experience with the salesmen of montrose ford. They were rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. They would make us wait almost 1 hour before speaking with us, and even when I sa ford. They were rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life, and I know several other people who feel the same. I would never recommend montrose ford for anything. Especially not to work with billy Edwards. The way he speaks to customers should never be allowed! Do not go here! More
I took my car in for an oil change. They said they checked my coolant and brakes and both failed their test. They said my coolant was contaminated and the brakes and rotors needed replaced. I took the car in to another Ford dealer for a second opinion. That Ford dealer said both were in great shape and needed no work. I feel completely taken advantage of. I purchased the automobile here and will never trust their service or buy another car from them or any other Montrose Dealer. I walk away from this experience believing they have a culture of deceipt. More
