They sure were quick to contact me when I first inquired about the unit, now no one will even call me back. So much for quality service from Montrose, and no it appears you don't have a friend at Montrose like they advertise. I guess the old saying is true for Montrose "BUYER BEWARE" More
Poor repair work I had my clutch and engine replaced on my 07 Ford focus and after I picked it up I was changing the air filter and found out the bolt holding the air I had my clutch and engine replaced on my 07 Ford focus and after I picked it up I was changing the air filter and found out the bolt holding the air filter in place was missing.also the cap for the overflow tank for the radiator was loose.the caps for the power steering and the brake master cylinder was loose also.it also was very low on fluid.there was grease on my floormat and steering wheel.i am just wondering if they left other bolts loose and missing anywhere else I don't know about.i will never let great lakes touch my car again or even buy a car from there More
