Best Car buying Experience I ever had I recently purchased a new Dodge Grand Caravan SE and I must say that I never ever been treated this way by any other dealership in the past. From the time I walked in and left with my minivan, they treated me like a family and took care of me. Sales woman was very upfront, honest and friendly. She told me all that I need to know about the minivan and even let me test drive the van. She didn't try to push anything by me that I don't need. I told her I am looking for a basic model with no strings attached (lol) and what I want to pay monthly. She ran the numbers and came back with a good news. Then, the finance manager had me sign bunch of documents and then asked if I wanted an extended warranty which he said will increase my monthly payment from 375 to 420. If so, I told him no, but then he still gave me extended warranty and manage to lower my monthly payment with slight increase (385). Plus, I get 6 FREE oil change. Needless to say, my overall experience was very pleasant. More

Worst buying experience - end to end - ever! The worst car buying experience ever from beginning to end! I bought my 2015 Dodge Durango from Monroeville Dodge in February 2016. They had adverti The worst car buying experience ever from beginning to end! I bought my 2015 Dodge Durango from Monroeville Dodge in February 2016. They had advertised that that gave 120% of the trade-in value. They low-balled our trade-in, a van at $3,000 and didn't even hit the low side of the Kelly Blue Book value, which was $8,0000. We were so incensed, that we got up to leave. They came back and increased the trade-in value by thousands. We should have left at that point and taken our business elsewhere but we stayed. Once we came to an agreement, during the Financing process, they had the wrong interest rate on the paperwork - we were the ones that caught it. Then at the tail end, they came back to us for another $1,000 because they said they had the payoff wrong and we had to come up with more money. Now, almost a year later, we bought a vehicle from another dealer and we went back to Monroeville Dodge to get a refund on the remainder of our extended warranty. We were told that it would take 6-8 weeks to process. We are now at 8 weeks and I was just told that it would take another 2 weeks to process because it missed their payment run. I was at the dealership to cancel the policy on December 19 and it wasn't processed for cancellation until January 7. Everything about this dealer is shady. DON"T BUY FROM MONROEVILLE DODGE! More

I am in the market for a 2017 dodge ram sport. I want very specific options, so basically I am going to have to order one to get what I want. I have done that in the past with all my previous cars. So I called in to get info and was dealing with Sharron. She took down my info and what I was looking for. I emailed her the options I was looking for and asked if they can price. I had all options because I was on Rams website and actually did a build.. So once she took my info she said someone would be getting intouch with me.. Which Mel called me later that nite. We talked at possibly doing a locate.. But nothing was within 200 miles.. And she agreed the build would be the way to go.. So now is where it goes down hill.. A couple days later I got a call from Chase. He retook my info and gave me a price. But he added in options I didn't want.. Said he thought since I was going with a lot of the premium options that I should get things like the Nav and a couple other options.. That added a couple thousand dollars.. So we then finally got the options straight.. So I get an email approx. 3 days later saying I would be financing $46,000 plus get like $4k back in rebates.. I said that is great.. I then asked what the final out the door price would be and could I get a list of the options they included. (to make sure nothing was missing or there was something I didn't want) He again said I would be financing $46,000 and he could not print out the options because the computer system would not let him print. Now that is complete BS because the other 3 dealerships I have spoken to gave me copies of options. I then asked him to maybe put in email what options are included in that price. I didn't hear anything for over 2 weeks.. Also I was emailing him several times to get the final price not what I would be financing.. because he could always say well the number included you putting down $8k.. Then he said just bring in your best offer and we will beat it by $500. Really?? What laziness and poor customer service. I would never goto a dealership that has such poor/shady customer service over $500. Prob. would not trust them over $2000 in reading other reviews.. So all I was asking was to get a price on the truck and what options they included in that price. About another week goes by and Sharron calls me again.. I told her story and she apologized and said her manager Mel would call me.. Never heard from her. A couple days later Sharron calls me again to follow up... Again I told her that I never heard from Mel. So she was like hold on I will get to the bottom of this.. The she comes back and says there is nothing they can do.. I was blown away.. Really?? You refuse to give me a list of options and a price?? Are you not in sales?? That's what you do?? To do a sale you need a product and a price... In summary, stay away from this place unless you want to get played and taken advantage of. More
NEVER AGAIN if I could rate zero I would I purchased a brand new Dodge Challenger and when leaving, the car wasn't detailed, the dash was dirty, there was a knick in the gas tank, and a scrat I purchased a brand new Dodge Challenger and when leaving, the car wasn't detailed, the dash was dirty, there was a knick in the gas tank, and a scratch on the back of the trunk... when I told the salesman they told me to come back a week later to fix it, they tried to do a half assed job and paint over a knick.... I could still see it and told them I wanted the part replaced... they gave me a hard time saying they could barely see it, and I was being ridiculous... how am I being ridiculous? It's a brand new car! It should be perfect!!! Then on top of it, I had seen rubber floor mats in my trunk, and poof, just like that, gone... When I called about the floormats, I talked to the GM, who insulted me, called me stupid, and said that nothing will make me happy and they're done dealing with me- now at this point I'm trying to not completely lose it, and told him, it's a 40k car, I just want floormats. They said it doesn't matter if it's a 40k or 400k car if it doesn't come with floormats it doesn't come with floormats. So I'm floormats-less and I would NEVER recommend this dealership. For a lack of a better word, they're complete xxxxxxxx. More
