When you spend $60,000 on a car used or new you dont expect to have to purchase a 2nd key and you expect a full tank of gas not a tank with 41 miles left. It's the little things that make people return expect to have to purchase a 2nd key and you expect a full tank of gas not a tank with 41 miles left. It's the little things that make people return customers and honestly the $350 it would have cost the dealership to pay for the spare key and fill the tank would have changed my opinion and what I will tell friends. I doubt it would have affected their bottom line. Sadly I wont recommended Monarch if what they want can be found elsewhere. More

Not only the truck, but the best way to buy the truck and, from a dealer that is truly willin I have been researching ford f-150's for over two years. That occurred last year when my wife and I bought another Ford from another dealer in So. Cal. I did not find that here.
