Not a good experience Three days after being serviced, my car alerted me to low tire pressure. They charged $45 for wiper blades, and $66 for labor to replace two bulbs (pl Three days after being serviced, my car alerted me to low tire pressure. They charged $45 for wiper blades, and $66 for labor to replace two bulbs (plus the exorbitant cost of the bulbs). All of this was minor compared to the extremely rude treatment I received from the salesmen when I went to pick up my car. The service center was closed, so I had to pick up my keys in the dealership. Long story short, I have never been treated so rudely and will NEVER give this group any more of my business. (I would like to put down the names of the rude men but they weren't wearing name tags.) Betty, the receptionist, was lovely, and I feel sorry that she has to work with these people. Leah, the customer relations person, needs training in customer relations. More

Great customer service from both the young salesman and the Sales Manager Zamir who were both very attentive and helpful in every aspect of my buying experience. They were so good that when I had brought my 2015 VW Jetta in for service I ended up leaving with a new VW Passat instead. A much nicer vehicle and a great deal that went quick and easy. Thanks for your great work including the help from the finance managers and of course Sam. P.S. Richard take care of that foot. Keep up the good work!!! More

I received notification from the service department that my 2013 VW Beetle was due for a service per e-mail also My service experience was 1st rate!!! I received notification from the service department that my 2013 VW Beetle was due for a service per e-mail also per phone. The service team led by Gary Esposito very informative, professional and friendly!!! They not only serviced my car they also washed it to. During my wait which was a little over an hour I had the time to take in all of the new models and wide range of vehicles Momentum Auto-mall of Fairfield has to offer. Free coffee, wifi and a very nice lounge area awaited me!!! I would highly recommend this Auto-mall to my friends and family. Keep up the good work and customer service experience!!! More

worst customer service ever I cannot give less than one star or I would. I have had nothing but negative experiences with service. In fact, I rarely get the car serviced there I cannot give less than one star or I would. I have had nothing but negative experiences with service. In fact, I rarely get the car serviced there except when it's a warranty issue. This time, my roof rack needed to be replaced because it has an issue with the weather stripping - and the QX60 is under warranty. I went in early January for other warranty/recall work and they allegedly ordered the roof rack. Fast forward 6 weeks. I've emailed, I've called. I've left messages for Aaron, I've talked to parts, I've talked to a very rude call center operator and nobody can tell me anything or call me back. So, I send in my husband. He's told that they ordered the parts but because of bad weather they don't know when it will arrive, but they think it will be two days after he talked to them. Magically, the part is only two days away...after 6 weeks of waiting. We call two more times. It apparently arrives three days after they said it would but I get an email from Aaron letting me know they're scheduling me for Monday to have the rack installed. I'm not available to come in on Monday at 7:15 to drop off my car and pick up the loaner, so I email Aaron back within minutes of receiving his email asking to get a car on Sunday. I hear nothing for more than 24 hours. I called, again. I talked to rude call center lady and then I decided to go in. I was super pissed that I had to make a special trip to get an answer. Magically, I got an email from Aaron 5 minutes before I arrived at Infiniti telling me they're closed on Sunday and but he could come in on Monday at 7:15, after I already explained I couldn't do Monday. Long story short, Aaron just kept deflecting what I was trying to get through his head about the fact that he never ordered the part, he lied to my face and my husbands and I couldn't be there on Monday morning. Let's just say that I'm happy to never be going back and look forward to taking my business elsewhere and I'm glad I didn't buy the car from them, I bought it from Niello in Concord. Don't shop here, don't get your car serviced here. I'm not even sure how they stay in business with such terrible customer service experiences but I intend to call Momentum Auto Group customer service as well. More
Stay far away from these guys. Sunday (Aug. 14, 2016) I went into this dealership with a friend to unload a vehicle we are upside down with. We explained to the sales associate that Sunday (Aug. 14, 2016) I went into this dealership with a friend to unload a vehicle we are upside down with. We explained to the sales associate that we were interested in a vehicle located on another nearby Momentum lot. This didn't seem to be a problem. After a bit of time we sat with the finance manager and signed the contract which totaled $49k. This being Sunday night we were told the vehicle would be available the following day for pick-up. However, we would not be able to pick it up until Wednesday because my friend had to travel on business to L.A. Everyone was fine with this. On Tuesday the 16th I called the dealership and asked if the vehicle was ready. I was informed that the sales associate who was working with us had the day off, stashed the keys, and no one knew where they were. Needless to say this threw up a red flag. On Wednesday my friend and I went into the dealer to pick up said vehicle. After a few minutes they started showing us other cars, none of which we wanted. When we started to inquire about the original vehicle we signed for, we were informed that our bank did not approve us for the loan. Keep in mind we had already signed a contract. I told the finance manager I wanted a copy of the sales contract. He told me it was sent to the main office, and I could pick it at the dealer the next day at 1:00 pm. Instead I decided to go to the office and pick it up myself.... Only the office didn't have it. They told me the dealer never sent it over. I was sent back to the dealer, were it was waiting for me at the front desk. After leaving the dealer I went to my bank to find out what was going on. I sat with the branch manager, showed him the contract, and he was in shock. The dealer never sent the loan through at all. There was no record of the bank (or CUDL) having any contact with them regarding this loan. To top it off the branch manager approved me for the amount while I was sitting in his office. I was already working with a $40k pre-approved loan, so the other $9k was no problem. Not only did the dealership lie to us about keys and who had the contract, but they lied about the entire loan as well. I still have the signed sales contract for the vehicle we never got. More
