Waited longer than told The service and sales reps were so friendly and welcoming, however when I checked in my car for service, I was told 30-45 mins. Then they came back 15 The service and sales reps were so friendly and welcoming, however when I checked in my car for service, I was told 30-45 mins. Then they came back 15 mins. later saying I was due for my brake pads, which she then said 45 mins from there. Fine, I can wait an hour. However it had been 2 hours and I was still waiting. I moved around to the bathroom, to get coffee, to look at the cars in the main area, but was never notified any updates. Finally I saw my car in front, but no call, text, or anyone actively looking for me. How long was I waiting before it was actually ready?! I’ll never know, because they said they looked for me, but I told them I was staying to wait so you would think they’d contact me if they didn’t find me. All in all, my car is in good condition and that’s what matters most. More
