Sales manager has no customer service experience I purchased a Lexus gs300. I was told the the vehicle has 3 keys. I spoke with sales manage Kelly Hodges who said he'd call back. It has been a few weeks and I still haven't had a call back. I have called multiple times and left multiple messages, still with no reply. After many calls he finally, probably by accident, answered once promised he would call me back because "he was looking into it"... and I have still not received a call back. I can only imagine how this company treats its customers if the used car manager, himself can't even have the decency to call back. Their customer satisfaction must be zero. I hope that someone higher than Kelly Hodges sees this and addresses the importance of keeping a word and customer satisfaction. More
Terrible Service I bought a certified used 2014 Volkswagen Jetta SE with 27,000 miles, and two weeks later went to take my kids to school and the battery was dead. I c I bought a certified used 2014 Volkswagen Jetta SE with 27,000 miles, and two weeks later went to take my kids to school and the battery was dead. I called after work when my battery was once again dead and they stated that they would fix it for free. After waiting two hours for them to fix it they tried to charge me $200+ and acted like $160 was doing me a favor. The worst part is the car I traded in had a brand new battery. During the detailed inspection to make this a certified used vehicle for sale did they not check the battery? I will never buy from this dealer or use their service center again. More

But after week rest i talked with ED from Molle VW, Prices were competitive , no surprises in online published prices, sales person ED was clear on terms and condition and above all ED was very helpful. i drove from Iowa city to Kansas city , Ed picked me up from Airport car rental drop point , 45 mins drive to Showroom within 1 hr i was out with Car. everything was kept ready each every document was ready to be signed , very impressed with sales person ED I think this must be among the best dealership of VW or may be my sales person was good. I'll recommend this dealership to everyone who are in car purcase More

Worse service ever We went in to the service department because all of the lights were on in the car and it was leaking oil. First off they had the car for four days an We went in to the service department because all of the lights were on in the car and it was leaking oil. First off they had the car for four days and didn't really work on it until the second night after the warranty place was closed. Didn't offer us a car until I complained about how long they had our car and how we needed a second car and that was on the last day they had it. Then they supposedly had to have this part that needed replaced but the warranty wouldn't pay for it, I had to call the dealership that we bought it from and then they were able to get it replaced. We had another mechanic tell us there shouldn't have been a reason to replace it but we went ahead and did. Now we go into to get the oil changed a month later and they tell us the car is bone dry and has no oil in it, so they never fixed the real problem and had the warranty pay for something that didn't even need replaced. The man doing changing the oil found what was causing the leak and the oil cap had been stripped because it's made out of cheap aluminum. This wasn't our first problem with them, the last time they supposedly fixed the backup camera and it still doesn't work. I would never recommend this place. They don't fix anything and we will never buy a Volkswagen again. More

Excellent Service Experiences I am giving the highest rating to the Service department. (I have no experience with sales etc) They are prompt, friendly and professional. I have never felt that I am being overcharged or "taken for a ride". The waiting area is clean and pleasant. But again, most importantly the service attendants (Shaquille Wilson) in particular, during my last visit in, was professional, caring and seemed to take real interest in providing good care to me and my Bug. You hear so many awful stories about taking a car to the "dealer" for service. I can happily say, Molle VW is braking that stereotype. More
