We could not be happier with our experiences at Molle Audi. When we were considering a purchase, Jerri Hoover was very helpful with our questions, allowed us the opportunity to test drive the car extens Audi. When the time came to make a decision, she and Mike Berman offered us a very fair deal on the new car, and a generous offer for our trade-in. Jerri's follow-up and availability has also been appreciated. In short, the entire purchase experience couldn't have been better. Our service experience with Lance has been equally good. Yesterday, for example, I called him regarding the need for routine service. He said he could get the car in right away, which was greatly appreciated, since my wife will be 'on the road' later in the week and I wanted to be sure the car had been serviced before she left. Lance offered me a car to drive while mine was being worked on as well, which is always appreciated. As was the case with our sales experience, all of my dealings with Lance and the service department have been excellent. They are very knowledgeable, efficient and easy to deal with, which is especially important, considering it's a 75 mile round trip from our home to Molle. We have recommended the Audi brand and the Molle Audi dealership to several of our friends, and will continue to do so, given our excellent experience and relationship with Jerri, Lance and their colleagues. If you are tired of the typical car sales staff, allow me to recommend one of these three to you. You will not find a salesperson that more genuinely 1)really believes in their product and 2)cares about the to recommend one of these three to you. You will not find a salesperson that more genuinely 1)really believes in their product and 2)cares about their client. No BS, straight up information, totally atypical in the car business. I would recommend any one of these three to a personal friend or family member, and I think that's about the highest endorsement you can give. More
This is an outstanding dealership. Both Mike and Jerri were very helpful in working with me on both cars I recently purchased. They did not give me the run around nor did they try to nickel and dime me o were very helpful in working with me on both cars I recently purchased. They did not give me the run around nor did they try to nickel and dime me on either vehicle. I left after both purchases like I was given a fair deal...which can be difficult in todays economy. Trish was helpful in following up and making sure I was pleased with the cars and helped to resolve any issues that I had as well as always having a smile on her face. I have dealt with Lance, John, and on numerous occasions for service and they always update me on the progress of the car and it is ALWAYS clean when I pick it up. The service department is courteous and never make me wait when dropping off either car. I will continue to purchase vehicles from this dealership, not only because I like the brand, but this dealership makes the buying experience actually enjoyable. They know me and my family by name and treat us like part of the Molle family. No other dealership in Kansas City can compare. More
After using this service department exclusively to service my A6 they tell me my engine is sludged up completely with under 100k miles.When I asked what I did wrong I was told my service record was gr service my A6 they tell me my engine is sludged up completely with under 100k miles.When I asked what I did wrong I was told my service record was great.I now have to wonder if all those times I brought the car in for oil change if they really did them.I was given an estimate of $2500-5000 to repair I complained to Audi America and the dealer agreed to pay half.When I returned the car for the service they told me the new estimate was $9800.Wow once they agreed to half the estimate doubled imagine that. I just bought my A6 last week from Jerri and she was great to work with. She went out of her way to make sure the transaction went smoothly, and spent lots of time with me answering questions. John also was very helpful to assist when Jerri was gone. The sales transaction was one of the best I've ever had, and going into F&I was nearly a perfect experience, not the usual bargaining and hard-selling that I've had a previous dealers (Superior Acura). I brought the car in for a free 35k service a few days later, and the service department was great to work with. Very professional, and pretty organized considering how busy they were and the fact that they were moving in a few days to a new location. I'm anxious to check out the new dealership. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd be happy to recommend my friends to Molle Audi. More

Service Writers, New vehicle software updates have to be specifically pin pointed, requested and note it is already used by other Audi dealers, otherwise some of service writers don’t know about it nor bother going through latest service bulletins. After few months of new car ownership, car haves some rattles and squeaks that did not exist when vehicle was delivered. Customer meets the service writer to ask how those annoying sounds could be eliminated and during the next service vehicle is test driven and no issues found. How come few mile test drive by Molle staff equals to 2000 mile vacation trip drive by ex mechanic who got annoyed by squeaks and rattles on new car? One service writer says broken part is covered by warranty and customer should bring car in, once car is inside, another service writer makes customer pay the part. More
