I asked for a quote online and the sales person David I asked for a quote online and the sales person David Gould quickly followed up and asked me to meet Adam. So I go to meet Adam at the dealership. I I asked for a quote online and the sales person David Gould quickly followed up and asked me to meet Adam. So I go to meet Adam at the dealership. I waited there for 5 mins and there was no one at the reception. So, I see a lady and tell her that I am here to meet Adam. Next, a person named Corey comes to talk to me mentioning that Adam had asked him to talk to me. We started discussing that I was interested in either Accord EX-L or Civic EX-L based on the comfort. I mentioned to Corey that I wanted to sit and have a feel of comfort in both cars and as we were walking towards Accord I asked him if there was a room in negotiation in the price that was quoted and he said no. After we sat in the Accord and wanted to try Civic he refused to allow us to try and mentioned that I look like a person who wants to come to the point and started discussing the pricing. At that point I mentioned that I am still undecided on the car so can we see the Civic and he just wanted to discuss the price. So I started the negotiation that there were other dealership in NJ who were giving me much better quote and he rudely ridicules me and says best of luck with that. At this point, he started being very rude and I decided that I do not want to pursue any business with him and wanted to talk to the manager to file an official complaint. So another agent comes from a room housing manager, Corey and the agent herself. She asks me about what happened and that I can discuss with her and I tell her that I wanted to discuss with manager and file a complaint. She passes on the information and then Corey comes out and says that he did not mean to offend me and my wife and he will show us the car even if I decide not to buy. I mention that I want to talk to the manager and file an official complaint against him. Thus, finally the manager comes and takes me into a room and he asks me why I was in the dealership and what happened. So I explain him and it turns out that he was Adam. I mention that I want to file an official complaint and he mentions that he was writing a complaint on a notepad where he does not write the incident and says this is official. At this point I ask him if I could do it online and he says I can email and I leave the dealership. Honestly, this was the worst experience ever. More
I went to Mohawk Honda in search for a new Honda, which I found. It was my first time buying a Honda, so I was nervous but I felt as though the process was relatively simple and well-explained. I worked with found. It was my first time buying a Honda, so I was nervous but I felt as though the process was relatively simple and well-explained. I worked with Brad Cittadino & he got me into the car that I wanted from the color to the features and added accessories. He even worked with me on price and my trade-ins. It wasn't until after I left with my car, that multiple problems have come up due to mistakes made by Brad and other people involved in the sale. Currently, I cannot drive my car because my insurance was suspended due to a miscommunication between Mohawk Honda and my insurance company. Mohawk Honda did not adhere to the NYS Carco law of sending a window sticker and a picture of the new car, so my insurance was suspended. I am supposed to be going on vacation, but I am unable to leave due to the problems I am having with being uninsured. In addition, Mohawk Honda did not have me complete all of the necessary paperwork. Now, Honda corporation is saying I didn't pay my first month's payment because of how Brad filled out the paperwork. After looking through my paperwork from the day I purchased the car, I never signed a loan agreement. Now, I am waiting to receive paperwork from the dealership so I can get my payment and loan situation straightened out since I cannot drive anywhere to pick up paperwork. My experience at the dealership was positive, but after all of the headache it has caused me in the past 2 weeks since I drove away, I will never go back there for anything again. I will go to another dealership in the area for service and sales in the future, where I am starting to think I should've gone to buy the car in the first place. All I can recommend for future customers is to be thorough about all of the paperwork and make sure the dates and information are correct. As a dealership, customers should be able to have confidence that they know what they are doing, but I seriously question the knowledge of some of the people that work there. More

I purchased a new CRV, picked it up yesterday. ALL the staff with whom I dealt were very patient with me (I can be ... and was ... a pest, until the deal was finalized). I received a very good price (which I had researched). Everything went smoothly, including my trade-in which had been slightly damaged when it was rear-ended. I HIGHLY recommend MOHAWK HONDA. ASK FOR ADAM DORN in sales. Very nice guy, easy to deal with, and very patient. ;>) More
I just bought an Odyssey from Mohawk Honda. David (the internet guy) scheduled me to speak with Jim Lynch. David did a great job of getting me a price and following up with me. Jim showed me the car and t internet guy) scheduled me to speak with Jim Lynch. David did a great job of getting me a price and following up with me. Jim showed me the car and talked a bit. In general conversation I said my family had dealt with Scott in the past and Jim insisted I talk with Scott. It was very nice to see them work together and for Jim to do what he thought was best even though it probably cost him money. The way Jim handled it just gave me a good feeling. Scott gave me a good price on my trade-in and I bought the car. It took about an hour to get everything done. That included speaking with the sales staff, looking at the car, getting my trade-in evaluated and working with the finance manager. It could not have gone better. It was totally low pressure and lacked the theatrics that I have experienced at a some other dealers. More
