A second dealership didn't know his inventory, couldn't find the car I wanted (we wandered around the lot)and told me not to bother going to any other dealership because no one had the car in stock. Then came Steven Parks....he asked questions to make sure he understood, compared models, and definately made sure I got what I wanted. I felt like he was helping me as if he knew me, and not just another customer. Excellent customer service and I would recommend him and this dealership. More

After 3 months of online research for a used vehicle I could afford with my bad credit, that was worth the money being spent on it. I received an email from Modesto Toyota about a sale and a truck I could easily afford even with my bad credit. After I got to Modesto Toyota we discovered with my bad credit and no money down the truck did not qualify for financing below 24% interest. So the tall funny guy in the lobby said, "I have another truck that could work." Tomake a long story short...an hour later I drove away in a 2006 Dodge Dakota SLE 4dr in EXCELLENT if not NEW Condition, ten times the other truck was as far as all the bells and whistles were concerned. The Dodge had half the mileage of the other truck to. It only cost $2,000 more and was WELL WORTH my money. I am a HAPPY CAMPER!
