Mike Wilson has been the service advisor that I have dealt with for at least 25 years. He is the reason that I take my vehicles to Modesto Toyota. I have two Toyota vehicles. I went in for a lube and oil change. I had an appointment. The work was done within an hour. The cost was $31.49 for my Prius. My car was washed for free. I was greeted by my name. This dealer has greatly improved the service in the past 3 years. I have been getting my service done here since I bought my car new in 2002. During the entire period, I have never had to return my car because the work was done incorrectly. The cost of the service seems reasonable for the quality provided. The dealer provides a free shuttle for customers who don't want to wait. The service hours have been extended so that having work done at this facility is very convenient. I give this vendor my highest recommendation. More

Bought my last car here and should have come straight back. I had trouble finding someone who was interested in selling me a Toyota. A second dealership didn't know his inventory, couldn't find the car I wanted (we wandered around the lot)and told me not to bother going to any other dealership because no one had the car in stock. Then came Steven Parks....he asked questions to make sure he understood, compared models, and definately made sure I got what I wanted. I felt like he was helping me as if he knew me, and not just another customer. Excellent customer service and I would recommend him and this dealership. More

The moment we pulled onto the lot we were greeted with salesmen that were knowledgeable and friendly. In the past our family has purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and we have nothing but good thin salesmen that were knowledgeable and friendly. Frank was honest from the beginning, we are newly married and this was the first car we have purchased together. Frank walked us thru the entire process and kept us informed the whole time. We made dinner plans allowing the finance department to take an hour and a half, they were so organized that we were out of there in less than half an hour. We would definitely recommend this deal to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Toyota. We love our new car and are so pleased with our experience. More
