Original salesperson Rick promised VIP treatment but passed me onto another salesperson. Walked away from me and left me walking far behind.I understood that they may have been busy but I had called and passed me onto another salesperson. I explained to them that I was not there to play around I am serious about purchasing the Infiniti M45. The next salesperson was then instructed by Rick to find the Infiniti M45 on the lot and bring it to the front,and told us to wait near the front. We waited and watched as the salesperson was looking for the keys. He then went searching for the vehicle. He was away from us for about 10 minutes when we spotted him in the lot with the hood of the car up. We then walked over towards the car and he was getting a ride back to the building. He said he had found the car and will be bringing it up to the front if we could just wait near the building. We waited near the car with the hood up. When he arrived he had the battery charger and said that someone must have left the lights on (the car has auto off lights). He had trouble understanding how to start the car.He then started the car and letting me know that the Infiniti M45 is an amazing car. I told him that I don't want Rick to be getting any of the commision if he isn't going to be talking to me. He said "why? We all work together and we are having a busy day". I guess I came on the wrong day and was feeling like an intrusion on the busy day. He then started talking about financing and I told him that I am not interested in financing and going to pay cash but not willing to pay the asking price since I live in Los Angeles and the cars are $3000-$6000 cheaper and he said that Modesto Toyota is a "rock bottom price" place and they will possibly go down $400. I then said ok no problem I can wait to go back to Los Angeles. He asked me to step inside and we can negotiate price.When I went inside my "VIP treatment" was to sit on some high stools/chairs out on the sales floor. He asked me to fill out a credit application, I then again told him that I am not interested in that and I am not going to fill that out. He said the needed info on me before Modesto Toyota will even negotiate a price with me. So I gave him as little information as possible. Then he went to the back again and had me sit there. After a few minutes then another person came out with a piece of paper showing me the price and explaining once again that they are a "rock bottom price" store. He gave be a break down on all the charges which brought the car to $16k. When he got to the final price he looked at me and said "OK so how do you want to pay this?" I told him that I don't want to pay this price because I can get them in Los Angeles for a cheaper price. He asked if that was from a dealer or private owner.I said both as I was showing him the prices of the Infiniti M45's in Los Angeles. He then looked at me,smiled,extended his hand and said "Thank you for your time" Then took the paper and walked away.I was left there laughing thinking about how from the start of this the first salesperson called me several times to get me to come in. One of his calls was about how he treats all his customers as "VIP's" More
On Saturday, Sept 30th I came to buy a new Toyota Camry and I met Khalil. He was not only very personable, but informative/knowledgeable and provided me with exceptional service. He gives an exceptional test drive and answered all my questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable about the Camry. It was actually a very pleasant experience. Let me start off by telling you our story. I was looking for a vehicle, and we ended up at Modesto Toyota because my fiancee got his car from there 6 years ago. The salesmen took one look at us, and didn't for a vehicle, and we ended up at Modesto Toyota because my fiancee got his car from there 6 years ago. The salesmen took one look at us, and didn't budge. But Khalil did. He walked right up to us and asked what he could do for us. All we wanted to do was test drive cars that I might like. And at the end of the night, he let us go without trying to run our credit and push us into something. He kept in contact with us for a couple days until we came back. Unfortunately, it didn't work out...but we kept hope. Fast forward a couple months, and my fiancee needed a vehicle. And again, we went to Khalil; we really wanted him to help us out because we bonded with him and he was a "real" person. He told us every time we met up that he wasn't pressuring us into anything...he just wanted us to find something. We ended up looking for about 3-4 months. Well this last weekend, we were financed through our credit union and he did work for us. He gave us several different vehicles that we could take. This guy was AMAZING! We definitely were holding out to purchase something from him because he was so attentive and was willing to help us. So today, my fiancee went in and picked up his 2013 Toyota Tacoma double cab that had EVERYTHING already done to it. We were so happy to finally purchase something from Khalil. And apparently, we currently hold the record of how long it took for us to purchase something from him. From December 2012 to today, September 2013. And we couldn't be happier. If I could recommend anyone, it would be Khalil...he's a great salesman and an all around great person. We will definitely be back in the future for any vehicle we may need. More

Khalil researched my specific request for a Toyota Avalon Hybrid XLE Touring and found two in California. After much negotiation with a nearby dealership Khalil closed the deal on a trade and I got the precise vehicle I wanted! And the price was right on target. Well done Khalil! At the end of the process, my wife and I were referred to Mike Fagundes in Finance and he closed us out quickly, efficiently and with an extended warranty (which I seldom buy for anything). Obviously, Mike is a good salesman as well. Well done Mike!
