I put $1,000 down for a 2022 Hybrid Prius in April. They sold the car to someone else the day before I was to drive up from Los Angeles to pick it up. Bought a Yaris in 2019, and it has been recalled for the fuel pump. It can cause the car to shut off with no notice while driving. They told her their is no solution for this and that they would give her a rental car, but the didn’t give her or us any time frame. Just that it was indefinite. I am left paying payments on the car, insurance for the car, and also registration for a car that won’t move. I called the dealership in Sacramento, and they told me to call the dealership where we bought it. I called yesterday, and left a message as no one would actually talk to me. I was not called back. I wrote a bad review and got an email from them telling me they would have someone call me. No one did. I called back and after being bounced around from person to person for 45 minutes, when I asked if Toyota was going to do, I was laughed at and hung up on by Mike Wilson, I have emailed the Toyota headquarters and will talk with them tomorrow. I will also contact the Better Business Bureau. We have bought 4 cars from this dealership in the past, and will NOT EVER buy another car from them again. They are nice when you buy your car, but when you really need help, they won’t return calls, and will not let you talk to someone who actually knows what they are talking about. Mike was the service advisor and acted like he knew nothing about the recall that has been out since last August. These cars are dangerous for people to be driving and they have NO solution in sight! I called Toyota’s corporate offices on Wednesday, they were very helpful and couldn’t believe I was told there was no solution as there was a remedy. They sent over a claim to have it remedied asap. It is Thursday of the same week, and my daughter just got a call that the car is fixed and she can pick it up. I can’t believe how badly we were lied to. DON’T BUY FROM THEM! They are DISHONEST and RUDE. More

I’ve stupidly purchased 3 vehicles from this location in the span of 5 years and I unfortunately have had Kamil degrade my vehicle choice, not show respect, not value my time as a customer. My first experience- he was not courteous and was rude, walked away and didn’t bother to come back once I accepted the offer. Second experience- wanted to buy a used Dodge vehicle off the lot, told me what a piece of junk it was and was forcibly trying to push me into purchasing a Toyota vehicle when I clearly didn’t want to. Third experience-(recently) was not professional at all, offered me way less money for my trade in (robbed me), when I wasn’t happy with his offers at one point me told me to take my car and sell it else where, WOW!!! and not a in professional manner, really felt low, like a child being talked down too. This guy really and desperately needs to be retrained on customer service, or get fired, and that’s me being extreme but that’s how I feel. I get the point of making as much money from your customers as possible, I used to be a manager for 12 years and worked with customers providing customer service and in my case I would do my best to provide my customers with the feeling of being valued, he did even come by and congratulate me after everything he put me through, I will not recommend this dealership anymore and this is my truly last purchase from this location, I was actually looking to purchase 2 vehicles and because of this jerk I only bought one there, I purchased my wife’s vehicle at a Honda dealership and it was amazing, thanks for souring my experience again Kamil… More
we were there yesterday to explore options and purchase. we were well qualified and ready to buy. We were told by Allen who didn't bother to sit down that he not only didn't have to negotiate due to his low inventory but also that he didn't need to sell us a car. this was after we overheard a salesman tell another out loud that he lied to his customer about there being only one highlander and the customer believed him. we watched them swap out the few cars they had on the back of their lot with the cars out front as we left. it seems they don't want customers and also want to make their car lot look empty for sales. talk about deceptive l. So almost a month later after I reviewed this dealership, I received a call from a woman that I advised of my experience. Her response was that I didn't have to take my experience out on her and I could F***off. She then hung up. More

Great at taking your money. Horrible support if your car has any issues. I bought a car in a few months later had problems and was told go deal with somebody else.
