Mitchell Volvo of Simsbury

I bought my Volvo XC90 from Mitchell in 2003 and have owned it until just recently. Service has been consistently outstanding. The sevice reps are friendly, responsive and trust-worthy. Everyone at this dealership seems to be "bothered" by you! They only half listen to what your saying both in person and on the phone. The receptionist could really try to be a bit nicer and "bothered" by you! They only half listen to what your saying both in person and on the phone. The receptionist could really try to be a bit nicer and a little more helpful, instead of making you feel as though you are interupting something. I got the distinct feeling that they couldn't possibly care less if they got my business or not, which is why I went to a rival dealership. I truly expected a more proffessionalism and courtesy from Simsbury.....lesson learned. More
