Appalling customer service. I called the sales department to make an appointment to see a specific vehicle as I was traveling from over an hour away. The person who answered the phone could not tell me anyth to make an appointment to see a specific vehicle as I was traveling from over an hour away. The person who answered the phone could not tell me anything about the vehicle but took my name and number and I scheduled a Saturday appointment. I specifically asked if the car was sold (between Wednesday and Saturday), if they could please let me know as I would be traveling from a distance. The sales manager did return my first call and I was not able to answer at the time, but called back within 5 minutes. No answer, so I left a message. I never received a callback. I tried calling twice the next day, no answer, no callback. The day of my appointment, I thought it best to check online and the car was no longer listed. I called as I was on my way to the appointment (about 20 minutes into my drive, in addition, I had moved several person appointments on this day to drive to Simsbury). This time someone answered the phone and told me "sorry, it sold yesterday". I would not recommend this Volvo dealer. More
We recently bought a car with this dealership and the afterwards communication it's difficult. We call for updates of when car will be ready but nobody seems to know in which stage car is and can't advis afterwards communication it's difficult. I took my car in for a problem and also regular maintenance service. The problem was determined to be that I had a very worn tire and needed to have them replaced. They claimed they had called me several times but my phone shows no record of them attempting to call. Either way this falls far below the standards we have come to expect from Volvo. After my warranty runs out I will find another dealership to deal with More
