We keep giving our business to Mitchell Subaru for one basic reason, they've earned our loyalty. Gimmicks and high pressure don't work over the long haul when it comes to purchasing a car. Buying a car should be a pleasant experience and one you don't dread. Mitchell Subaru sales staff has learned what it takes to create a pleasant experience where reasonable offers are the norm with respect to new car purchases and trade in. Great service after the sale is also very important and this is where Mitchell Subaru has consistently excelled from Day one. What's the secret? It's everyone we come in contact with in Customer Service. They are customer focused professionals who truly know us as people and treat us as valued customers. We really appreciate it because buying a car is a big investment so you want the car to be something safe and reliable to drive. So, as it has been true for a long, long time, technology is helpful in making any enterprise efficient and cost-effective but in the end it doesn't matter how good the technology is or even how good the product being sold is, it's always going to be how great are the people you have to deal with that makes the difference when you decide who you want to do business with. ANOTHER FAVORABLE EXPERIENCE @ MITCHELL SUBARU I CONTACTED RICH O'LOUGHIN (MY SALESMAN) TO CLEAR UP A FEW THINGS ABOUT MY NEW FORESTER. I ALSO TALKED WITH VINNY, THE SERVICE MGR, ABOUT CHANGING MY I CONTACTED RICH O'LOUGHIN (MY SALESMAN) TO CLEAR UP A FEW THINGS ABOUT MY NEW FORESTER. I ALSO TALKED WITH VINNY, THE SERVICE MGR, ABOUT CHANGING MY FIRST SERVICE APPT. AND BUYING AREO CROSS BARS FOR MY ROOF RACK. AFTER GETTING ANSWERS FOR MY QUESTIONS FROM RICH, I DECIDED TO BUY THE CROSS BARS AND VINNY TOLD ME HE WOULD HELP ME INSTALL THEM BEFORE I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP. I'M SO HAPPY THAT I DECIDED TO BUY MY NEW SUBARU FROM MITCHELL SUBARU. I CHECKED WITH ALL THE DEALERS IN CONNECTICUT BEFORE I DECIDED ON MITCHELL. I NEVER REALLY FELT COMFORTABLE WITH ANY OF THE OTHER DEALERS, I NEVER FELT THE WARMTH. WHEN I WALKED INTO MITCHELL SUBARU, I FELT LIKE I WAS HOME. ALTHOUGH THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE BEHIND THE SCENES THAT I DON'T GET TO SEE OR MEET. RICH AND VINNY ARE JUST TWO REASONS WHY I DECIDED ON MITCHELL SUBARU. Never again When I walked in the door I knew what I wanted to buy, and the price it would. Between outright lying to me, leaving me sitting alone at his desk, to talking on and on adout how great the product is, it took him 2 hours to sell the car. After the sale was completed he informed me he was going on vacation and the sale manager would be handling the delivery. Delivery was set for 3-4 days. After 4 days no car and no day set for pick up. The sales manager would never talk to me even when I stopped in person and could see him sitting in his office. Communication was alway through third party's who would act like they were going out of ther way to help me but didn't know anything about what was going on with the car. 11 days after the sale I got the car. Once i signed the paperwork was last time they showed any interest me as a customer. More
