Best car buying expierence in 50 years! Rich O" Loughlin was and is the best Car Sales Rep that we have worked with in over 50 years of buying and leasing new cars in the states of North Dak Rich O" Loughlin was and is the best Car Sales Rep that we have worked with in over 50 years of buying and leasing new cars in the states of North Dakota, Wisconsin,Missouri and Ct. His down home,personal touch made the deal extremely easy and non-stressful. I highly recommend Mitchell Subaru and Rich O over any other Subaru dealers in the state of Ct. My Six Month Checkup As usual, the service was performed very profesionally. This was a simple 6 month checkup, so there was nothing wrong with the car that I reported. After originally being told the car couldn't be looked at until the weekend was over, service took a look on a Saturday and had the car ready in a few hours! More

$200 oil change I recently went in for what I thought would be a free oil change with what I also thought would be a quick 20 minute service. I was wrong on both acc I recently went in for what I thought would be a free oil change with what I also thought would be a quick 20 minute service. I was wrong on both accounts. I was told that in order to keep receiving free oil changes I had to have have the 15000 mile service done which consisted of changing a cabin and engine air filter. I was also told that this would be about 2 hrs. I told the service rep that I didn't have two hours. He explained that his mechanics were at lunch and that he may be able to put two of them on the job and that it would be about an hour. Why schedule service for people who are waiting, which I indicated when I scheduled it, when you know it is lunch time for your guys. Also if you know that it's time for the required maintance wouldn't you maybe tell the customer that and that it could be about two hours. I am going to get my next oil changes there until it is required that I have my next required maintanance then goodbye. More

Excellent Service - Scehduled and Impromptu I assume this request for a review of my service experience is from the last time I brought my car in for service quite a while ago. I receive a phone call but when I tried to provide feedback, the call ended. I prefer email anyway. Service was great as usual. I had added a couple of items one of which could have been costly. Turned out it was not serious and costs were kept down. Vinnie was excellent. More
