Have used salesman Dante for the last three purchases and he is a very cordial, with no pressure at all. I have always gone in saying "show me the cheapest car available" and I have come out with exactly the car I wanted each time-no pressure to up sell. Dante is definitely a great salesperson to deal with. I have also always purchased the 3 year maintenance contract that Ford sells on the used cars that I have bought and everything I expected to be covered, was always covered, no questions asked. There has never been any hassles that you hear about with the online maintenance contracts. The service department is also very good. That's what brought me to this dealership in the first place. I had purchased a Mercury and a Lincoln at a dealer in East Hartford and I felt the Mitchell repair department was more honest and less pricier. And they have cut down the closing time to just over 1/2 hour. That I love. Used to hate going thru all the screens. They already know I don't want any add ons, so we fly thru the closing. Thank you Finance Manager! In summary, everything went perfect with the purchase of my last car, as well as all the others. I would strongly recommend the Mitchell Selig dealership to everyone. More
