He treated me right, he was able to answer all of my questions even better than I thought they could have been, he also went over all the Ford programs with me, and in the end I definitely got a fair deal. Utterly incompetent Internet sales staff When you e-mail a dealership to get a competitive price quote for a specific model and trim of car, you expect to get a reply with (a) a price that is When you e-mail a dealership to get a competitive price quote for a specific model and trim of car, you expect to get a reply with (a) a price that is (b) competitive. What you do NOT expect is to get a reply with no price, not even an MSRP, but instead a question: "when can you come in?" The entire point of using the Internet to seek out car quotes is to avoid coming into the dealership. Mitchell Selig Ford doesn't understand that. Not only did I get that reply to my query, but when I clarified that I was not coming in, I had test-driven the car, and I had no questions other than "how good a deal are you willing to give me?", the response was: We'll beat any price, when can you come in? That was where they lost the sale. But when they followed up by calling me at 6:30 p.m., when you would expect anyone to be eating dinner, to ask when I could come in? After I had explicitly said I only wanted to be contacted by email? That guaranteed that I would share the experience far and wide. The part where the Mitchell Group's Internet sales manager sent me a follow-up form-letter email asking if he could help me in my search for a "2015 N/a N/a model" (I was looking for a 2016 Ford) pretty much permanently associated the word "incompetent" with this dealership in my mind. My experience shows that Mitchell Selig Ford's sales staff is firmly stuck in the previous century, and they are still using the previous century's hard-sell techniques—even when they're counterproductive. I bought my car from one of the many other dealers that gave me a prompt and useful reply to my e-mail with a competitive quote; I suggest you do the same. More

Horrible repair service. Brought my Ford Crown Victoria in for a recall, got it back with no heat working, they claimed it wasn't their fault and told me to send it in and PAY Brought my Ford Crown Victoria in for a recall, got it back with no heat working, they claimed it wasn't their fault and told me to send it in and PAY for them to diagnose the problem. Fast forward to 2015: Ford released a recall #14V704000. Which claims the recall I previously mentioned wasn't correctly repaired and will need to be reserviced. My car "matches the details" according to their corporate but isn't included in the recall for some reason. The dealership *refused* to look at my car unless I pay them. "Tom the service manager" told me he will take one second to look at my car to see if the previous recall was performed and tell me "ok the recall was performed" and not even inspect to see if I need more repairs without charging me. I filed a BBB complaint, I filed a NHTSA complaint. "Tom the service manager" hung up on me after a 10 minute length phone call telling me that my car had the recall performed and they don't care if it was incorrectly performed or not since my car isn't on the latest recall. Well, Tom. How do you know it was incorrectly performed? FORD doesn't care about their customer's safety - EVEN IF THERE IS A RECALL ON THE CAR - All they care about is money, even though they make an hourly wage anyways like the rest of us. I once took my car in for their Car Care Clinic, they found a bunch of little things wrong with my car and tried to persuade me to buy a new car. No thanks. More

The dealership has a clean and comfortable showroom and everyone was welcoming and helpful. They truly treated us like Family! If you're looking for a new or used vehicle and want a dealer you can trust, one that listens to your wants and needs without any high pressure, then Bill Selig Ford is THE place for you! They are Family owned and operated and the pride they have in their business shows through. This was our first time buying cars through this dealership but it won't be the last. The team at Selig Ford even went out of their way to get the vehicle cleaned and prepped so I could take delivery early despite their regular detailer being out sick. Second vehicle I bought this year and the 6th i have bought from Selig Ford and I wil continue to use Seligford Ford for my servicing. I used to be a Chrysler guy but now all my family drive Ford cars mainly due to Seligford Ford being a great local dealer. More

I simply loved the car, but I still hadn't made up my mind on which car I would ultimately purchase. After a lot of research, I visited Bill Selig Ford again looking to purchase the Focus ST. I made an offer to Bill, and he matched it (something I was not expecting as a first time car buyer, especially being a young female). The price simply could not be beat. I talked with Mario who promptly had all of the loan paperwork completed for me within half of an hour. I picked up the car 2 days later. The entire process was quick and simple, and the staff is extraordinary. There was never any pressure to purchase. I would absolutely recommend Bill Selig Ford to anyone. More

Both Kevin and Mario were extremely personable and knowledgable. We were offered an honest deal with our trade in vehicle. Even though after hours pick up, was still given a tour of service area and what to expect. Kevin already called to check up after a couple of days and to offer additional assistance with any questions of car or Sync features. More
