The only issue I have is that the tech left a coil connector loose. My daughter called me from the road because the vehicle was running rough. My wife and I went and got her. I drove it home. Then I pulled the plummet cover off and checked each connector. Found the loose one, connected it back and secured it with the snap fastener. If I wasn’t a little knowledge about mechanical issues then it could have been worse. More

She was knowledgeable and it was clear she was very professional in her job. When I came back in on the appointment day, she had my car ready to go to maintenance and I spent probably the shortest time ever in a dealership waiting room. From my first meeting with Kayla, it was clear her customer service skills were every bit as great as her knowledge of repair issues for Hyundai products. I plan to ask for Kayla when I need maintenance help. I don't need very much maintenance for my Hyundai, but when I do I am using Mitchell Hyundai and especially Kayla! Been using Mitchell Products for over 25 years and haven't been disappointed yet. More
