The service was excellent as always! But I have to brag on Kayla because I noticed something on my car the next morning after having it serviced and sent a text letting her know! She answered as soon as she could and asked if I could bring the car to the dealership to be looked at. I then took the car back and she looked at it and seen that something was just on it and was not in fact a scratch 🤦🏻‍♀️ but then took it back so they could clean it off so that way we would not damage anything!! The only issue I have is that the tech left a coil connector loose. My daughter called me from the road because the vehicle was running rough. My wife and I went and got her. I drove it home. Then I p connector loose. My daughter called me from the road because the vehicle was running rough. My wife and I went and got her. I drove it home. Then I pulled the plummet cover off and checked each connector. Found the loose one, connected it back and secured it with the snap fastener. If I wasn’t a little knowledge about mechanical issues then it could have been worse. More
