Fast buying experience After a month of going back and forth with Daye, internet manager, by email I was able to get credit through my credit union, sign the paperwork and h After a month of going back and forth with Daye, internet manager, by email I was able to get credit through my credit union, sign the paperwork and have my car within 5 hours. Since my husband was at work with our truck, I had no way to get to the dealership that night. I called Daye and told her I didn't have a way to get up there that night, she told me she would talked to Ken, the manager, and see if they were able to come pick me up. She called back immediately and said they were sending Daltri Freitas down to pick me up in MY car. He came from Missoula to Hamilton. Great customer service Daye, Ken and Daltri did to make sure I had my car that night. Ken promised me a detail since there detailers had already went home for the day by the time we returned with the car. Unfortunately there was only one key that came with the car and I asked to have a spare made, better safe than sorry. Ken said he would make sure a spare was made for me when I came in to have my car detailed. I love my car! I bought it at a very reasonable price, has very low mileage, and when I bought it, it was spotless inside and out. But the dealership insisted I come back to have it detailed because that is a service they like to make sure is done on all vehicles, new and old. I have an appointment next week to have my detail done and key made. Thank you Daye for all the hard work you did for me through email! Thank you Daltri Freitas for the exceptional customer service, the long test drive from Hamilton to Missoula, helping me put the Nissan app on my phone and for making my buying experience great. Thank you Ken for allowing Daltri to come and get me, being persistent on me getting my car detail done and making sure I had my spare key made! Go team! More

In spite of all of the negative reviews on Yelp I had a pleasant experience. I had already done a good bit of the research ahead of time and came in with an idea of what I wanted. I ended up getting a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and that was kind of what I was going for. They worked with me to try and get the price down into my range and got really close. I appreciate the goodwill. The Sales representative was pretty knowledgeable on cars in general and had a solid understanding of the features in the car I was looking at, comparing them to higher end models and alternatives since it is a Hyundai/Nissan dealership. Thanks for being familiar with the product you are selling. The Finance specialist was easy to work with and did not tack on a bunch of extra stuff that I didn't need or want. This was not my first time buying a car, and I really fell into the trap of getting a bunch of extras I didn't need the first time. Also, the Manager came out to talk to me for a bit and worked with me on getting the price down from the sticker price, so I feel like I got a pretty good deal in the end, getting just a bit lower than what the bank estimated with all of the discounts available. They gave me the service window and advised me as to when I should get my first service based on mileage and use. I wasn't sure when to schedule it, but they did offer to do so. I decided to wait so I could do it myself. All in all it was a pretty quick and pleasant experience. More
