I realize dealerships need to keep the doors open but the deal I received was honest and actually surprising. The new Nissan Altima obtained 41.2 mpg. on the Intestate . The manager of the dealership and the salesman were both friendly and not full of sales pitch. My experiences in purchasing new or good used vehicles required that I talk to the manager before leaving a dealership and that just didn't happen. The manager did introduce himself to my wife and I while we were shopping and looking at two vehicles. It was the manager who led us to a vehicle and the price he gave me was one I couldn't refuse. Honestly, this was the easiest and most satisfying vehicle purchase I have ever made and I am 65. More

Maybe service was understaffed the day I was there, but it took seemingly, forever, to get the paper work to the cashier after the car service was completed (30-45 minutes). Obviously, Candice was not working that day. She waited on me the first service a few months ago. More

Horrible experience 2 days after signing all paperwork and bringing my new car home the finance guy I worked with called and said he made a mistake and I couldn’t receive 2 days after signing all paperwork and bringing my new car home the finance guy I worked with called and said he made a mistake and I couldn’t receive the rebate they gave me. The difference was $450. I didn’t feel comfortable renegotiating. I got a call later from a different finance manager and he was very rude and said I either needed to pay $450 more, have my interest rate increased by 2% or give the car back. At that point I had to get my lawyer involved. Not a good experience and when I was finished with it all I felt like they were trying to jerk me around until I got a man involved on my side. I had my 12 yr old daughter with me for the transaction and it proved to her that a woman can’t make a deal on her own... More
