High price, nice staff. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and helpful. However the price for the 30,000 mile checkup was outrageous! Bad communication and not consistent I have been taking my car to them because my car was under warranty. They had to order parts and said they were going to call me when they were done a I have been taking my car to them because my car was under warranty. They had to order parts and said they were going to call me when they were done after a month no call. So I called an they told me that they were in about 3 weeks ago. So then I was transferred to the service desk to schedule and oil change and to get my bumper fixed. I chose to wait and I ended waiting an extra half hour because they called my phone and didn't even come into the lobby and let me know my car was done. Also the oil change is supposed to come with a car wash and that wasn't done either. No I would not recommend this service center. More

Drove from Great Falls We drove up from Great Falls, it was nearly empty, due to a sales event at another location. Within one and a half hours they not only picked up the exact vehicle I asked for, but they cleaned, gassed, and completed the paperwork and had us on back onthe road by lunch time. In addition, they offered a higher end model of the same vehicle, for nearly $400 less than Lithia motors. More

Titan warranty Had my Titan XD in for some warranty issues I was slightly disappointed that the main problem was misdiagnosed but that happens with new vehicles.
