Really chill experience I wasn’t the top candidate by any means for a new vehicle and my current car wasn’t the best for a trade in, but the staff looked at my situation, eva I wasn’t the top candidate by any means for a new vehicle and my current car wasn’t the best for a trade in, but the staff looked at my situation, evaluated the postive reasons to let me finance a vehicle and found me a top 5 on my car list. I had such a fantastic visit, not to stressful, easy to understand the paperwork, staff are so personal and friendly. I loved my experience and I look forward to doing business with this dealership. Engine Light 100 Miles Out I bought a car from here last week. I was repeatedly assured that it was in perfect condition, it was just an older car with a lot of miles. KBB rated I bought a car from here last week. I was repeatedly assured that it was in perfect condition, it was just an older car with a lot of miles. KBB rated the car about $500 less than they were willing to budge, and they were aware of my urgency in purchasing a car. The first time I turned the engine as the owner, the key fell apart in my hand. I had asked to replace the jeys before purchase and they assured me the keys would hold up. It cost me $300 for a new key the same day I bought the car. Then I found out the radio doesn’t work. As I was driving it home, because I live far from the dealership, the car shuddered and the engine light came on. I had to drive the rest of my journey with this anxiety and fear that my car would die at any moment. On top of this, the air conditioner was blowing hot air on a summer day. I also learned as the sun set that the headlights were out. When I took it into a dealership near my home the next day, it cost me over $1500 to repair these issues on a car that was in perfect condition except for its age and mileage. The car held up and is now as good as new, no thanks to Missoula Nissan. More

Horrible and unprofessional Was the worst experience I have had with them. Everything went wrong from the beginning to the end. They genuinely changed my opinion of car dealerships and all anticipated inconvenience inherent in car troubles. 10/10, if you have a Hyundai or Nissan that nerds service, go to them. More
