Disappointing Having bought a couple of new cars from the dealership as well as having them do all the maintenance, including the questionable 30,000 mile $600 'ch Having bought a couple of new cars from the dealership as well as having them do all the maintenance, including the questionable 30,000 mile $600 'checkups' it was disappointing when I dropped one of my vehicles off because of some odd brake noise coming from the front end. Yes they informed me there would be a charge to diagnose the problem. However, after they popped the wheels off and took a quick look, determined nothing was amiss and then charged me $58 I was left with a pretty sour taste. The people that work in the department are all wonderful and courteous so that isn't a problem. I know in my personal business when I do work that requires almost no effort I tell people 'no charge bring me some real work sometime.' And send them on their way. Good chance they lost a customer over this one. More

Damaged car every time I took it in. Lacks customer service Took my brand new car in 3 times and every time they damaged my car. This last time they broke the rear seatbelt buckle. So I couldn't even use it. Took my brand new car in 3 times and every time they damaged my car. This last time they broke the rear seatbelt buckle. So I couldn't even use it. On top of this they just left it all 3 times for me to find and say something. Not acknowledge you messed up and fix it. The manager on top of it was not very friendly never apologized for any of it and started to get snappy with me. I will never ever be back if I have to drive out of town I will. This is ridiculous that it has gone this far. Very disappointed in nissan. More
