This dealership has great people. This is the second Hyundai we've bought from Missoula Nissan & Hyundai, and we've been impressed with the cars and the Missoula staff. We did a lot of internet research about the Tuscon and competing cars. Andy Duran showed us a Tuscon on our first visit and answered some of our questions. We went home and talked about the experience and decided to test drive one, so I called Andy to get calculated payments figures for two different down payments. He called back in a few minutes, and we made an appointment with Andy for the next day. When we got to the dealer, he was out on a test, but Jesse Millan set us up for a test drive. When we decided to buy, I asked about cross bars for the rood rack, and he arranged for them. He helped with the preliminary paper work, and when he noticed that my drivers license showed that I was a veteran, he got us the discount. Before we left with the car, Jesse synced my phone to the car. Both Andy and Jesse were knowledgeable and helpful. Neither was pushy, and we appreciate that. More
