Fraudsters!!! Secretly added over 11000 on my financing with If you choose to buy from these scammers, make sure you review all paper work slowly and meticulously. I was told my vehicle would be financed for 17, If you choose to buy from these scammers, make sure you review all paper work slowly and meticulously. I was told my vehicle would be financed for 17,000. They financed it at 21,000 then tacked on 4,000 protection plan I did not want on a brand new car. Also, tacked o. 3,200 portfolio protection plan. Charged a doc fee and an etch fee which are not going to be refunded. So a vehicle I was told was being financed at 17,000 was actually finanaced at 25,000. This after telling me.they could not get me approved for the 2011 murano I wanted, but they could get me finamved for a btand new rogue. They are scammers. If you have already bought your car, make sure you look over your paperwork!!!!!!!! They rushed my elderly mother through the paperwork and pulled a fast one on her, hoping it wouldn't be caught. More

Wonderful service dept. but poor sales dept. Danielle at the service desk was inviting and quick. She was took care of everything I needed. The people in the back doing the oil change got my car Danielle at the service desk was inviting and quick. She was took care of everything I needed. The people in the back doing the oil change got my car done lightening fast. However, Camille could use more customer service training. She has shown me a couple cars and answered the phone a handful of times but she always sounds annoyed or disconnected to what is being discussed. The last and final time she took us on a test drive she acted like we were waisting her time..I was not impressed. More
