Super friendly customer service, very helpful people I had car troubles, the servo pump on my vehicle just gave up. Arriving in the dealership late a bit before 5 PM, Michael from the service department I had car troubles, the servo pump on my vehicle just gave up. Arriving in the dealership late a bit before 5 PM, Michael from the service department made sure that my car gets checked out quick, hoping that they will be able to fix the issue. Since the problem was bigger than expected, I had no car to drive home with. All car rental agencies in Missoula were booked out but Michael offered us a ride home to Darby so my 5 year old girl could finally go home. He is super friendly and helpful, in this case even a life saver! Next day Joe came to pick us up (clear down to Darby) and helped to find a good deal on a vehicle and trade mine in. It was a pleasure to work with these guys, I am glad to see such a great team of ppl! More

Worst car sale ever I had went into the dealer bought a car. Then not even 6 months of having the car somehow the turbo blew out. They said they could fix it bit it would I had went into the dealer bought a car. Then not even 6 months of having the car somehow the turbo blew out. They said they could fix it bit it would equal out to the remainder of the car payment. So then my s/o cosigned for another car. Then not even 2 month of having that car it started to have electrical issues wich it then shut down and is still undrivable. Joe Blixt was the only one who was intrestes in getting anything.fixed. He was professional and concerned about all of our needs. More
Completely Disappointed!! I had my Certified Pre-owned car in for a brake check (because my brakes were shimmying when I drove it off the lot). My salesperson said that they w I had my Certified Pre-owned car in for a brake check (because my brakes were shimmying when I drove it off the lot). My salesperson said that they were going to fix it and I was to bring it in. I took my car in at 9:15 and dropped it off. The Salesperson also said she was going to have it detailed for me that day. I told the service person to let me know when it was finished as I was taking my 2 little nieces and their friend over to the mall. Long story short, I drug them around the Mall until 4! They were all very exhausted and since I hadn't heard from the service department, I decided to drag them over and check on it. Upon my arrival, I found out my car was parked out front AND THEY DID NOTHING TO IT!!!! How the heck could that have taken the entire day!!!!??? The rusty rotors were apparently not covered by the warranty so they weren't fixed! This makes no sense as it had 8500 miles and since its a certified pre-owned car those shouldn't those have been checked and replaced? They said they were going to check on it for me to see if they could get it covered since I was a new customer and they were going to get back to me...I have NEVER heard back!!!! Also, I couldn't even tell it was detailed! The reasons why it got detailed didn't even gt taken care of... On another note...Another issue beyond the brake issue is that I was only provided one key. Our salesperson said it was lost. I have asked multiple times about it and have gotten no response from our salesperson. That is not good customer service. It started out really good and then went down to no customer service. I even sent an email to Justin Sinclair (Dealership Manager) about all of these issues and did not even get a response from him. There are more things that I am upset about but will stop there. I got my dream car, but I just need another key! Apparently that is too much to ask? More
