3.5 hours I had an appointment for 1:30. I arrived at 1:20 and was told that my service, changing 2 tires and an oils change, would take at MOST 2 hours. I am n I had an appointment for 1:30. I arrived at 1:20 and was told that my service, changing 2 tires and an oils change, would take at MOST 2 hours. I am new to the area so I decided to wait in the waiting area. At 3:30 I went to the service desk to ask if my car was almost ready, they said it would be done shortly. I again asked about my car at 4:00, and was told they were taking it off the lift. At 4:45 my car still was not finished. I waited at the service desk until 5:00. Then Mike couldn’t find my keys, which were sitting right in front of him on the counter. I received no apology for the extreme delay. Luckily I am a college student and had nothing else to do that day. But the wait time was unexeptable. I will not be returning to the dealership again. More

Helpful, friendly staff We had leased an Altima earlier this year. It wasn't really serving our needs. When we mentioned that to a member of the sales staff, she advised us We had leased an Altima earlier this year. It wasn't really serving our needs. When we mentioned that to a member of the sales staff, she advised us that we had the option to trade on another lease. We were surprised and pleased, and chose to lease a 2019 Nissan, which we love. Thanks to Camille we are now so much better able to transfer supplies to and from our summer place. And the SUV is well equipped and very comfortable. More

Recall work. A really good use of the TV in the waiting area would be a loop feed of Ted Talks. Recall disappointment I had previously called the dealership multiple times with issues on my Velostar. After doing my own research on my car, I came to found out that ther I had previously called the dealership multiple times with issues on my Velostar. After doing my own research on my car, I came to found out that there was a recall on my car causing the code my car was giving. The dealership should have informed me when I called that the recall was there and that it could have been the reason my car wasn't running quite right. After calling the dealership again to schedule a recall, the guy I spoke with wasn't quite sure what I was meaning. I was able to get an appointment to go in TWO weeks later. I show up to the appointment and the drop off goes smoothly. I get a call mere hour later... They inspected the part and told me that it is cracked and damaged and needs to be replaced. I am confused on why they did not fix it that day. I come in to pick up my car and the guys seem to think I don't know what I am talking about because I am a woman. There was little remarks they kept making. I kept asking them why they didn't replace the part that day, the recall was for an inspection and repair. They never gave me a straight answer, instead just telling me that they only had one part in the store and they weren't aloud to use it. After being frustrated with them treating me so poorly because of my gender, I called the hyundai customer center. Come to find out they lied to me, they were suppose to replace the part with the part they had in store, or should have ordered the part when I first made the appointment 2 weeks prior. I was able to get back in to finally get the part replaced and I could tell that they had gotten in trouble. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, as well as they will not be touching my car again. I will drive to the nearest dealership before I take it back to them for a recall. More
