Warranty didn't cover my 2019 vehicle I gave 3 stars because it was deemed that my issue was caused by a mouse when upon further inspection of the wires looked to be tool markings not chew I gave 3 stars because it was deemed that my issue was caused by a mouse when upon further inspection of the wires looked to be tool markings not chewing. I believe this was given to me in an attempt to smooth over the fact that my brand new 2019 vehicle was going to cost 300 dollars for an issue that should have been covered in my opinion further more the technician originally quoted me 235 dollars when arrived it was 300 without further notice. I did not appreciate this either. I know I am just an angry customer but I believe less manipulation and more transparency will do your business good. More
