Micheal Boyd in service did a 100% job inspecting my 2019 Nissan Frontier. He found a leaky left rear shock & ordered new shocks. The car filter needed replacement & a new one was installed. This was the second time I have been in there for warranty work. The first time left my vehicle for 4 days and finally had to just take it with no work being performed. This time vehicle was left fo warranty work. The first time left my vehicle for 4 days and finally had to just take it with no work being performed. This time vehicle was left for a few weeks only to be told that warranty work could not be done on a warrantied part And was charged for the work with car still not repaired. I needed an oil change completed before my wife left for a trip that afternoon, and Dan got my truck in the shop and out in record time.
