Hi Justin, I live in Memphis, TN. My son is a student at U of M. You might recall our conversations back in Feb/March. My son lost his key and the back up key would not work. I had the car towed into your dealership and over the course of 10 days was told 10 different stories. The back up key we were given when we purchased the car was not programmed correctly so a new key had to be ordered. I was told by Clay that he "should" be able to get the key covered under warranty. After a week without the car I received a call saying the key was in and I could pay for it when my Son picked up the car. I asked about the warranty and Clay said he was still working on getting me a back up key under warranty. Another week went by, so now it is two weeks into this and nothing from him. I called him and it was obvious he had completely forgotten about that conversation. He said he would have to get back to me. He called me the next day and said he had to turn it over to his service manager. Three days later I get a call from him and he said he had "bad news", he could not help me after all. It was just the worst run around I have ever had. It was such a horrible experience to be 2000 miles away and have someone treat you so poorly but worse than that he treated my son poorly. I know we are not locals but I had the car towed to you in good faith. When I called to say it was being delivered there, the response was "you do not have an appointment, so it will be next week before we can even look at it". Really, who can make an appointment for an emergency situation? Worse than that, I called You and gave you the opportunity to make it right or at least explain what Clay could not.... We had two conversations and you promised me a call back once you got to the bottom of it.. I have literally been waiting on your call for two months. Writing a poor review was the last thing I ever wanted to do but my goodness I gave you EVERY opportunity to make it right. You should have my file in service. It is under my name or my son's name. Robin and or Christian Fauser. All I would like is for you to honor that offer of the extra key to be replaced under warranty. Please feel free to call me with any questions.
