Joe was fantastic. He answered my emails immediately and scheduled my test drive for when I could be in Missoula. (I live in Great Falls but we don't have a Hyundai dealership.) I always have excellent customer service when I stop in for either an oil change, or issues with my Nissan. I feel like everything is explained to me thoroughly before needing to make a decision. I never feel that at Nissan. They are fair & transparent & that is what gets a company a good reputation. Thank you! More
