I bought a new Tucson On February 28, 2011 from Mirak. When I was first looking at cars, I had no idea what type of car or suv I wanted/ needed. After meeting John Waters he helped me narrow down my needs when it came to picking the right car for me and my son. He allowed me to test drive the suv with the car seat installed, this was a great recommendation that he made so that I could see how much room I would still have in the back seat. We placed the jogging stroller in the truck portion as well. Once the car was purchased I needed to have the car seat properly installed, John Waters took me down to the service department. Bruce Trieber worked effortlessly to make sure that the car seat was hooked up in the safest way. This took about an hour of time and I could not be more grateful . Having men and women properly trained in car seat installations is a must have when dealing with purchasing a new car. If it had not been for Bruce and several other team members I would have had to contact the local police station and set up an appointment, this would have taken more than one hour of my time. After I purchased the Tucson, I was instructed that there were many "accessories" that I may want to check out because of having an infant. Spillage can happen as well as many other accidents. John Knapp showed me a wide array of "splatter mats" and seat covers that would fit over the back seat where my child's car seat would be. Again, another wonderful feature that was supplied to me. In my humble opinion having men trained in the functionality of a car is the best service one could get. Many of the recommendations that were made by John Waters, John Knapp and Bruce Trieber were not things I even thought about. I had a great experience working with Jonathan Buck at Mirak Hyundai! I just bought the new Sonata Hybrid, and love the car. Also when I wanted a certain color, he immediately called other dealers to find it. The actual process of buying the car was quick and easy. They didn't put special fees, and I had a great experience. They are very different than other car dealers I've bought from. I highly recommend them! More
I purchased a 2010 Elantra last year and its great. I brought my wife there for her new car a 2011 Elantra. I cannot say enough about the sales rep. Jonathan Buck except that he is outstanding. Tremendous service and efficiency. I needed to get a new car and drive it up to New Hampshire but did not have plates yet. So Jonathan drove the car up for me and waited at the DMV for me to arrive in a dea car and drive it up to New Hampshire but did not have plates yet. So Jonathan drove the car up for me and waited at the DMV for me to arrive in a dealer car they loaned me for the day. Far and away the best service I have had here in the US since moving from Japan. Everything Jonathan and the rest of the staff did at Mirak was about getting what I needed. So refreshing when compared with many companies who don't really see satisfying the customer as important and it is a struggle to get what you want in a way that is smooth and painless. I am glad to know that there are still companies and people who truly value service in the fullest sense of the word. From making an appointment to come see a car to the final sale, everyone was friendly and amazingly helpful. More
The customer service representatives I experienced at the Mirak dealership were by far the most respectable, non aggressive and non sleazy group I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The Mirak dealership also gave me the best deal for my trade, I had visited 5 other dealerships that day including Boch, Pride, Herb Chambers, Ira, Clay and they all offered between 500 to 2500 less for my trade. I shopped at Mirak first based on the great online and phone customer support provided by Alyssa Boreiko, and then was further impressed in person by consultant Jonathan Buck, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and worked very hard with me. Every other dealership I had visited afterwards was a disappointment after visiting Mirak. The final papers were done with Stephen Hopkins "New Finance Manager" who made the process extremely comfortable and was a pleasure to work with. I was so impressed with Mirak I had my wife also work with them to purchase a new car for herself. Ultimately she also bought a new car from them as well. More
I have bought my share of cars - new and slightly used. I have had my share of ugly sales people and playing the game in order to get my business. Walking into Mirak was a blessing in so many ways. I wasn't sure when i was going to buy and I was torn between 2 cars - a Honda Accord (Used) and the 2011 Hyundai Sonata. In the end I went for the Sonata. When I walked through Mirak Hyundai I wasn't surrounded like prey to a lion. I was treated with kindness. Jonathan sat down with me and laid out my choices - including the Honda. He let me know what I didn't need, the difference between an older Sonata and the new one and an estimated price. I had been to other dealerships, I walked out feeling very uncomfortable. There was something I liked about Jonathan himself. He wanted me to have the facts. He made buying the car painless. He didn't play games with me and gave me the bottom line. He took care of everything so all I needed to do was sign on the dotted line and drive off with my new car. Everyone at the dealership treated me with great respect, walked me through the paces and made sure I had every thing I needed for a successful visit. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality service, friendly people and ease of sale. Furthermore, I would recommend Jonathan. I walked out happy and content! More
