After my family and I decided it wasn't right for us, the manager and Lamar helped us find a car to fit our needs. He showed us some other options, but found a car that just arrived. We decided to get it and they got it all fixed up for us! I went through 5 other dealerships and none of them were as nice and as helpful as Bob Richards. Overall best experience at a dealership thus far especially for my first purchase of a vehicle. More

Great service! The service staff, especially the Service Manager, Ricky Johnson and Service Adviser, Mel, is phenomenal! Since Bob Richards took over the dealership The service staff, especially the Service Manager, Ricky Johnson and Service Adviser, Mel, is phenomenal! Since Bob Richards took over the dealership from Triangle Dodge, it has only gotten better. The service waiting area has been greatly improved and now has excellent coffee, snacks, comfortable furniture, and a TV. As before, the service itself is exceptional. I am sooooooooooooo glad that Ricky has been promoted to Service Manager. He's why I bought my 2014 RAM 1500 there, and he's the reason I will continue to have my truck serviced there.
