The kept my vehicle for six months, and still never got my electrical issue fixed. In the last couple weeks they changed service managers and I called the dealership and they demanded that I come and pick my vehicle up they were finished working on it, he said they have spent too much money on my truck, I guess so they were changing parts that was unnecessary. I do not recommend anyone taking a vehicle to this dealership to be worked on.

WARNING WARNING WARNING The service department at this place is running a huge scam. Jay and the service manager Barry charged my daughter $1,287 for a loose radiator cap. Barry said he was sending over to corporate for a refund. I called back two days later and Barry said they were not participating in any refund. If you’re looking for an honest dealership to do business with run far and fast away from these crooks.

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They had my car for 6 months. I picked up 5-6 times. Each time I got the car, there was a new issue. They replaced a part that they said was not working properly but refused to order a new one and refused to refund me. My original visit was to get a light fixed and at the end my car was powering off while driving it. Turns out that they also charged me full price for a new part when they in fact installed a remanufactured part. Also, the last two months it was there, they did not do a single thing. They are dishonest, shady, rude liars.

Service department is horrible. The sales department is useless. My car has been there four times for the same problem that they refuse to fix. The place refuses to give me a higher up managers contact information.

2022 2500 ram Laramie has been in shop 3 times in less than a month. The emission system keeps messing up and they can’t get it right. They won’t do a buyer buy back trying to get me to trade it with a 1300 truck payment now to a 1900 truck payment from a 5 year contract to 8 year contract. But swear they trying to help me and my husband. The truck is in Virginia where my husband works and we live in Aiken SC. They sent a tow truck to go get the truck (6hours away). Because I refused to do this trade they cancelled the tow truck driver when he was 2 hours away. To say the least he was angry. I am angry. But this truck does fall under lemon law and I guess I will have to go through corporate. The new GM is rude isn’t very honest and nothing but a mere crook.

The service department needs some work. The front desk personnel are not very professional and rude. I brought my truck in for an oil change, tire balance/rotation, and possible alignment. The gentlemen at the front desk asked it it needed an alignment. I stated how would I know until the tech does his or her assessment. I am not satisfied with the service departments level of experience.
