I asked when I would be able the get the key , the salesperson said on the next business day , and they would call me on the next day , on June 1st I called to pick up the car key and the salesperson said he send direct to the enterprise . Iwent to the enterprise to get the key and the enterprise said they never received any key from Mini Cooper dealership . Today it is Sunday , and the Mini Cooper dealership is closed . They should train their employees to not lie to their costumers I am really frustrated More

I first visited a dealer in Boston but was not happy with them. When I paid a visit to Mini of Peabody, I was very impressed and glad I made a right choice. The sale staff was extremely knowledgeable, easy to communicate, and gave valuable advice. After through discussions and test drives, I learned a great deal about what suits me the best. Then they made special efforts, stretch their budget to meet my demands and satisfy my needs. Within 7 weeks, my dream car was built from the scratch and punctually delivered on my birthday. In additional to their professional knowledge about car, they were also very considerate and extremely patiently to help me, even a few months after the sale. A client service visited my house, in the bitter cold winter day, 30 miles away from the dealership, to help me with questions I had about this car (I never drove a convertible before and I was not good with car). Emails were sent for the follow-up to ensure that I was happy. Mini of Peabody makes a difference in my car purchase experience. A car is not just a vehicle, and the purchase experience is more than a transition, but a wonderful experience about acquiring new knowledge and an opening of chapters with new life styles. Jim and I sat down and went over the cars that were available in my price range, Charles took a drive with me in a few. Harley made the financing painless and when I took delivery of my car Jared went outside in the pouring rain with me to go over every option in and around the car. Everyone involved in our car buying process was wonderful and awesome to deal with. They actually made the whole process fun and my son is ecstatic that he finally got his MINI. In addition, this dealership makes special arrangements to accommodate me, and have been extremely patient with me (which reminds me the great, old world, family run, nice shops in Europe where every customer is treated as a VIP-- which is extremely rare for such a large size of dealership). Overall, this dealership offers "human-touch" experience, plus professional and honest attitude/service. It makes me want to go back again and again. We talked to them on the phone before driving an hour and a half and were told everything was all set and agreed to the new payment. We drove to the dealership just to be told the payment was going to be higher than the agreed amount and they basically lied to us just to get us into the dealership. We wasted miles on the lease we have just to be told something completely different than what they told us on the phone. I asked to see Doug the one that made the deal and the manager said it wouldn’t be a good idea. I will turn my lease in and never do business with them again. More
